Accessing the portal for the first time

When you receive an invitation to access the portal, click on the link in the email and this will take you to an area to enter your password. Please note passwords must contain at least one capital letter and one number and be at least 8 characters in length.

Once you have entered your password, you will be redirected to to login and set-up two-factor authentication (if this is a requirement of your accountant).

Many programs now use two-factor authentication (2FA), but if you do not already have an app you will need to download one. Download a two-factor authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator Windows Phone, Android and iOS or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS. Once you have the authenticator app installed, follow the instructions on this page and press Verify when done.

Next you will need to enter your phone number to create recovery codes in the event that you lose access to your authenticator app.

We strongly recommend you copy your recovery codes and paste them into a secure area or app and set up your SMS recovery. If you lose access to your authenticator app these are the fastest ways to get access to your account. Without them gaining access to your account and proving your identity can be a lengthy process.

These steps will keep your account secure for all access in the future.

Enter the recovery code that has been sent to your phone via text message.

Select "Get Started" to access the portal. Enter your user name and password and you will then be asked to enter your authenticator code (which you will get from the authenticator app previously installed).
