Please make sure this Email Address/Account has not been setup for Signing tasks first.

NOTE** If the Account email address needs to be changed please make sure any signing tasks have been removed first. 


If you need to update an Employees Email address in the Portal, let's say because someone decides to change their name or the firm changes their Internet domain, then all you need to do is open the Admin Portal and Select Settings.


Select >Employee >Edit and change the Email address. The Employee will still be able to log in with their new Email address and old Password.



Change the Employee's Email address and select Update.
